Webmaster Checkin

Hello, everyone!  I am your webmaster and playbill designer, Lisa Venezia.

I had the great opportunity to drop in to a few rehearsals, and I have to say, I am very proud of what the entire cast has been able to accomplish in such a short time!  In just a few weeks, opening night will arrive, and I know you will be ready for it!

There is one piece of advice that I can give you as a fellow performer, which is very similar to what your talented staff was saying as well.  ALWAYS stay in character and perform full out, even at rehearsal.  You may not realize it, but you will perform what you practice.  If there's a part of the show that you tend to gloss over at rehearsal, without even realizing it, you will find yourself doing the same thing in performance.

Also, if you say that you're going to save things for when you put your costume on, the results will be unpredictable!  You may make a last minute decision to throw in something extra that is unexpected to everyone and create opportunities to make mistakes.

If you practice what you're going to perform, how you're going to perform it, the energy of the audience will make you better, and you will have a great show!

Looking forward to stopping by again to see how things are progressing!  Break a leg!
